Join our judging panel.

This is an exciting opportunity, we are looking for a panel of judges to score our fantastic wild food chefs incredible creations.

Each participant will be given the same food item, to 'Make it Wild' using a range of in season or preserved wild ingredients, they have a budget of £25 for non wild staple, they will have one hour to make their creation and then it will be judged by our panel based on the EAT (Execution, Appearance and
Taste.) criteria. 

Having tasted the chefs food we are in for a mouth watering, tongue tingling experience not to be forgotten. 

We anticipate having between 3-5 dishes to judge, of which you will get to judge them all. 

Judging will require you to be able to eat a range on foods including gluten, dairy, meat, soy etc, allergies may not be catered for in each dish

Any food consumed is eaten within your responsibility, ingredients will be given with the dish.
