Ever wanted to grow lionsmane or oyster mushrooms!?

Mycosia is back, bringing a mini lab to the British Wild Food Festival. Learn about working in front of flow hood or in Still Air Box (SAB). As a  participant you will create a Lionsmane (or other species) grow bag to take home and fruit. Alongside this you will get the chance to learn about different lab techniques, working with agar and liquid culture. For an extra donation on the day you will be able to draw your own liquid culture of choice to take home and inoculate grain to continue your cultivation journey.
